Welcome to Anchor Electric of Florida Inc. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and electrical contracting services. By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Service Agreement

These Terms, together with any service contract, estimate, or work order, constitute the entire agreement between you and Anchor Electric of Florida Inc for electrical services. Specific project terms will be detailed in individual service agreements.

Services Provided

Anchor Electric of Florida Inc provides electrical contracting services including but not limited to:

  • Electrical installation and wiring
  • Electrical system upgrades and panel replacements
  • Troubleshooting and repair services
  • Equipment installation and hookups
  • Maintenance and inspection services
  • New construction electrical work
  • Commercial electrical projects
  • Emergency electrical repairs

Licensing and Compliance

Anchor Electric of Florida Inc operates as a Certified Electrical Contractor in the State of Florida. All electrical work performed complies with the Florida Building Code, National Electrical Code (NEC), and applicable local ordinances. Required permits will be obtained and inspections scheduled as mandated by Florida law.

Service Requests and Estimates

Service estimates provided are good for 30 days unless otherwise specified. Written estimates are based on visible conditions at the time of assessment. Additional work required due to concealed conditions will be communicated for approval before proceeding. Emergency service rates may apply outside regular business hours.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements. Generally, residential services require payment upon completion. Commercial projects may require deposits and progress payments as outlined in the project contract. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards.

Warranties and Limitations

Anchor Electric of Florida Inc warrants workmanship for a period specified in your service agreement, typically one year from completion. This warranty covers installation defects but does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or negligence
  • Issues arising from modifications by others
  • Equipment or materials covered by manufacturer warranties
  • Acts of nature or events beyond our control

THE WARRANTIES PROVIDED HEREIN ARE IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. OUR LIABILITY SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT PAID FOR THE SPECIFIC SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

  • Provide safe access to work areas
  • Ensure accurate information about electrical systems
  • Obtain necessary permissions for property access
  • Make timely payments as agreed
  • Report any concerns promptly

Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL ANCHOR ELECTRIC OF FLORIDA INC BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR LOSS OF DATA, REGARDLESS OF THE CAUSE OF ACTION OR THEORY OF LIABILITY. FLORIDA LAW GOVERNS THESE TERMS.

Cancellation and Scheduling

Appointments must be cancelled with at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations with less notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather, emergency calls, or circumstances beyond our control.

Website Use

Our website is provided for informational purposes. You agree not to:

  • Use the website for unlawful purposes
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with website functionality
  • Collect information about other users

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and design elements, is the property of Anchor Electric of Florida Inc or our content suppliers and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
